purpose
The tackifier pib60 for winding film is used to make LLDPE and LDPE or other polyolefin like stretch winding films for tray packaging, silage packaging and food packaging.
usage
Pib60 is applicable to both blow molding and tape casting. The resin used with pib60 shall not contain any smoothing or opening agent, and its density shall not exceed 0.923, because it will affect the normal precipitation of tackifier. The precipitation time required to obtain good tackifying properties is 24-72 hours.
When making stretch winding film for pallet packaging, for single-layer blown film, 3% (weight ratio) pib60 needs to be added to LLDPE (or mixed resin). For single-layer cast films, 1% to 2% pib60 needs to be added. In multilayer film production line, pib60 is usually only added to the surface layer, and the amount of pib60 is related to the layer and its thickness.
Food contact characteristics
Pib60 complies with the relevant regulations of FDA allowing contact with food, and the tackifier for winding film also complies with the European Community specification 90 / 128 / EEC and SGS test.
Packaging and storage
The standard package of the product is a bag of 20kg or 25kg, with a total of 1000kg, which is packed on the tray with shrink film.
Store in a cool place (below 30 ℃) to avoid direct sunlight and heavy objects.
